Ann has been incredible to work with on several trips and cruises we've taken. Very easy to work with, does all of the "heavy lifting" for you, answers every question clearly and makes things understandable. With the recent virus situation crushing the travel industry, we have canceled two large trips ourselves to Normandy with National Geographic and to Africa. Ann has been with us every step of the way and has been completely honest and forthright about what we need to do and what she can do for us. If we were just going around the block I would have Ann set up THAT trip as well. Seriously, I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone's travel needs.
